From the aftermath of California’s increasingly frequent wildfires to the shifting landscape of reproductive rights in post-Roe America, I report from the ground up, connecting the dots between policy, identity, and everyday experience. In my stories, I seek out the voices and moments that reveal something larger about a country in flux.
With over fifteen years of experience in journalism, my aim is to bring European audiences closer to the complexities and contradictions at the heart of American life. As a reporter and correspondent, I’ve contributed to both print and broadcast media in Dutch and English.
